The Story Behind This Programme
This listing is for FA Cup 1949 (1949), an authentic programme rather than a modern reproduction. We describe the condition of each item honestly – the notes above explain exactly what to expect from this one.
A Little History
- Hull City were founded in 1904 and are nicknamed "The Tigers".
- Wartime regional football ran from 1939 to 1946, and paper rationing meant many programmes of the era were single sheets.
